3. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (location Nuremberg).

When accessing the website, technically necessary data is processed in order to provide the website and ensure system security.

The hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Server log files and web analysis with GoAccess

When visiting this website, the web server automatically collects information in so-called server log files. In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested page or file
  • HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system

The log files are processed for the purposes of ensuring security, stability and technical optimization of the website.

For analysis of server log files, we use the software GoAccess. GoAccess exclusively analyzes log data stored on the server. No tracking cookies are used and no user profiles are created.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Log files are usually deleted after 30 days, unless longer retention is required for the investigation of security incidents.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies.

Where technically necessary cookies are used by the server or security infrastructure, this is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure the technical functionality and security of the website.

6. International data processing

The website is hosted on servers in Germany. The controller of this website is based in Paraguay.

As part of the technical administration of the website, the controller in Paraguay may access personal data stored in server log files originating from the European Union.

A transfer of personal data to a third country (Paraguay) in the context of administrative access to server log files cannot be excluded. Access is granted exclusively to authorized persons and is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures, in particular encrypted connections, access restrictions and authentication procedures.
